美丽的大型联排别墅，位于最好的门控社区之一。可步行至海滩、码头、海港、餐厅、酒吧等。

现在房间有家具，但可以协商。窗外景观可以远视 步入式衣橱！我们的房间被一条长长的高速公路隔开，这给了我们一些隐私。附属车库停车（XL卡车不确定）。私人浴室。

我们有一个游泳池/水疗中心、篮球场、会所、1/2 英里的环形步行/慢跑路径，带锻炼站。非常友好的社区。你会爱上这里的。每个人都很喜欢！！

我有两只猫和一只小狗。请不要再养宠物了。希望与专业男性或女性分享。我很友好，随和，善于交际，积极，自由。没有吸毒或酗酒，非常干净（脱鞋回家），并尊重健康的界限。寻找相同。我大部分时间在家，所以如果你在其他地方工作可能会更好。

接种了疫苗并认真对待 Covid（我是高危人群：哮喘），所以更喜欢完全接种疫苗并尊重口罩的人。

有2个水槽的卫生间是私人的，除了每年有几次我有客人或偶尔我妈妈来访时需要共用。共用空间是厨房、餐桌和洗衣区。

条款：
租赁可协商，但更喜欢一年。带家具/不带家具可协商。水电均摊。无线网络免费。清洁面议。背景和信用，推荐人检查（通过Experian）。对信用良好的人优先。订金一千。

AWESOME LOCATION!

Beautiful large townhome in one of the nicest, Gated communities to share with owner. Walkable to beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, bars etc..

On the pricier side but worth it! Read below…

Right now room is furnished but negotiable. Views from your room walk-in-closet! Our rooms are separated by a long highway which gives us a privacy. Attached Garage parking (not sure about XL trucks). Private bath*. XL W/D in unit.

We have a pool/spa, basketball court, Clubhouse, 1/2 mi circular walking/jogging path with exercise stops. Very friendly community. You will love it here. Everyone does!!

I have 2 cats and a small dog. No further pets please. Looking to share with professional male or female. I am friendly, easy-going, communicative, positive, liberal. No drugs or heavy drinking, very clean (shoes-off home), and respect healthy boundaries. Looking for same. I am also at home all day so probably better if you work elsewhere.

Vaccinated and take Covid seriously (I am high-risk: asthma), so do prefer someone who is fully vaccinated and respects masks.

* 2-sink, large bathroom is private except a few times a year when I have guests or once in a while when my mom visits. Shared spaces are kitchen, dining table & laundry area.

Terms:
Lease negotiable but prefer one year. Furnished/Unfurnished negotiable. Utilities shared. WIFI included. Cleaning negotiable. Background & Credit, Reference check required (there's a modest fee thru Experian). Preferences for someone with excellent credit. Deposit $1000.
