I have one (or possibly two rooms) available for rent as singles in Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa area.
Bedroom 1: $1100 utilities. Larger room (11ft x 13ft) is available immediately. If 2nd room isn’t rented out then this has individual bathroom.
Bedroom 2: $900 utilities. Smaller room with shared bathroom available Sept 1st.
- Room can be furnished with queen size bed desk if needed
- House has a pretty large kitchen, living area, in-home gym, and washer/dryer.
- Plenty of street parking in quiet neighbourhood
- Not too convenient without car since bus stop is ~20 minutes walk.
- Commute to UCSD, Qualcomm, and Illumina is about 10 minutes.
- Convenient driving distance to groceries, gym and restaurants in Mira Mesa
- Please limit overnight guests to weekends (not looking for additional roommate). Exceptions can be made if your friend/family is visiting SD and need a place to stay for a bit.
- Prefer 10-month lease, month-by-month after that. No sub-leasing.

Mainly looking for someone who is clean, quiet and considerate of other housemates and shared areas. Prefer no pets, smoking or drugs. Currently we are 3 working professionals. Some of us like gaming and exercise after work or play board games, cook and hang out on weekends.
