Starting from the beginning of Dec. , lease is good till the beginning of
Feb.;
rent: 1425$/month (see below for free stuff!)
Size: larger Main Top Island @810 Sqft;
Great amenities: GYM, Pool, SPA, Club House, Movie room, Business Center;
Good location: Close to Qualcomm & UCSD. Easy access to all nearby shopping and
buses. Good for new Qualcomm employee without cars;
Unit on 3rd floor, good ventilation, close to parking spots & elevator, away
from road noise;
One gated parking, in-unit washer & dryer;

Consider:
Free one large IKEA study desk with shelf;
Free one extendable dining table + four chairs (chairs have not been used.
Provide as is. );
I’ll cover renters insurance till the end of the current lease
We are non-smoker & have no pets;
Lease ends at the beginning of Feb. and this means much lower rent
everywhere for the next year (Mar. － Oct. will see significant rent hike)
Drive to the same floor level for easy access and everyday grocery shopping
