Overview
The Refurbish Technician is responsible for documenting and cataloging all return merchandise authorization (RMA) headphones and similar products. The position is also responsible for cleaning components. Cleaning can involve the use of chemicals. After cleaning, the technician is responsible for testing of the products to ensure proper functionality. The technician will then repackage any products deemed A, B, or C stock.

Responsibilities
· Complete refurbishment of products (headphones, speakers, and other Bluetooth devices)
· Maintain inventory of refurbish supplies
· Document work records for products and accessories
· Cosmetic quality evaluations of products
· Packaging of refurbished products

Knowledge, skills and abilities
· Ability to read and follow written work instructions
· Experience using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
· Demonstrated adherence to safe work habits and practices, including the use of PPE and safety devices

Candidate Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
· Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
