Position Title: Office Assistant
Compensation: $10.50/hour
Start Date: Immediately
Position: 1 part time position
Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm-5pm (Subject to change)

Job Description
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and determined team player who is available to start immediately. After a brief training period you will be expected to be capable of performing functions such as but not limited to the following:

- Greets clients by phone, in person or through electronic media.
- Assesses customers' needs and explains services, processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Handles requests/transactions or directs the person or matter to the proper sources.
- Assists in resolving problems and ensuring satisfactory customer service.
- Process forms to ensure accuracy and completeness; computes or verifies data, fees or payments, forwards or files paperwork.
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Schedules meetings and appointments.
- Maintains general office tidiness.
- Provide administrative support to office staff.
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Operates other office equipment such as printers, copy/scanning machines, fax machines.
- Runs errands and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Explorer Internet software.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills.
- Must be confident and well-spoken on the phone.
